Service Description
Online somatic sessions offer a grounded, supportive space to explore your inner experience through mindful awareness and nervous-system attunement. Even across distance and through a screen, I have found virtual somatic sessions to be surprisingly powerful and effective. In these sessions, we slow down enough to notice what is happening inside—sensations, emotions, impulses, imagery, and the subtle shifts in your system that often stay below the surface. This kind of somatic self-inquiry helps reveal the patterns and protective strategies your body has been organizing around, giving them space to be felt, understood, and gently transformed. These sessions draw from Hakomi and Somatic Experiencing®, creating a safe, attuned container for working with stress, trauma, and nervous-system dysregulation. SE helps us track activation, freeze, shutdown, hypervigilance, and dissociation, while supporting the completion of incomplete stress responses and deepening your system’s capacity to regulate. We work carefully and slowly, so your body never becomes overwhelmed and always remains in choice. Online somatic work is especially supportive for PTSD and trauma-related symptoms, chronic stress and anxiety, relational patterns, psychosomatic concerns, or periods of emotional intensity and transition. The process is collaborative and experiential: we follow what arises moment by moment, allowing insight and change to emerge from within you. I will share personalized self-care practices—somatic tools, grounding techniques, breathwork, small movements, and herbal support—to help your system integrate the work and stay regulated between sessions.
